Supyan Kurbanov had a working meeting today with LPR Mufti Eldar-Khazrat Gambarov, LPR Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth Dmitry Sidorov and his first deputy Alexander Kornienko.
The meeting was held on the basis of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth of the LPR. It was held on behalf of the adviser to the head of the Chechen Republic, Mufti Salach-Khadja Mezhiev.
The parties discussed the development of traditional Islam in the Chechen Republic and the Luhansk People’s Republic, the problems that exist today, the prospects for cooperation and the implementation of joint projects. The parties also noted the need to strengthen universal human values, irrespective of national and religious differences.
“In our time, when there is a malicious incitement to hatred and hostility between nations, rewriting history, it is important to stick to traditional values and in no case allow people to share their nationality. We can only do good together, ”emphasized Sidorov.
