April 21, 2020. Members of the Parliament of the Chechen Republic, Valid Zaynalabdiev and Said-Khamzat Zhamalullayl, visited the Clinical Hospital No. 5 in Grozny.
During the visit, parliamentarians talked with the chief physician of the medical facility, Islam Akhmarov. Parliamentarians were interested in the operation of the medical facility, the quality of patient care and the delivery of drugs.
In turn, the head doctor told the deputies about a consultative clinic that improves the quality of medical care for multidisciplinary patients by ensuring the continuity of outpatient, inpatient and rehabilitation treatment. Islam Akhmarov noted that qualified specialized medical care for the adult population in the outpatient consultation ward is performed on the basis of referrals from the doctors of the primary outpatient clinic and is issued in accordance with the current regulations of the Ministry of Health and Social Development The Russian Federation and the Health Commission, if there are the following indications: specialists in ACH conditions; conducting repeat specialist admissions in accordance with the requests of AKO specialists; the inability to conduct a specific test in the basic APU; for selection for planned hospitalization; the complexity of the diagnosis and the ineffectiveness of previous treatment.
In the outpatient department, patients are referred to doctors who have visits in the following specialties: therapy; cardiology; neurology; urology; surgery; Obstetrics and gynecology. At the end of the meeting, the deputies thanked the health care workers for their diligent work, wished them good luck and good health.
