Inhabitants of the south of Russia and the North Caucasus are increasingly buying assets on the DA Portal market. The increase in popularity among entrepreneurs was also favored by the integration of the electronic trading platform Sber A.

“About 8,500 assets were collected on the DA portal for a total amount of over 312 billion rubles. These are flats, houses, cars, agricultural machines, plots of land, free-of-use premises, as well as production lines and commercial facilities of various sizes. It is convenient here not only to buy an asset, but also to rent or lease it. You can place your ad from a person or company on the internet.
Sber continues to develop the DA Portal platform for selling assets and collateral. In the first three months of 2022, the number of buyers on the website doubled compared to the first quarter of 2021 to 70,000. Sellers also increased by 60%, their number exceeded 2.1 thousand.
In total, the assets were sold on the DA Portal in the first quarter of 2022 for a total amount of 1.9 billion rubles, which is comparable to the same period last year. The number of transactions during the year increased by 30%, but the average bill fell by half — to 7.7 million rubles.
This trend is explained by the fact that the main increase in transactions came from retail customers who are interested in buying cars, apartments in regions and equipment with an average bill lower than for commercial real estate or ready-made business. The DA portal has also become an accessible and understandable platform for a wide range of investors due to the introduction of additional services increasing the comfort of investing not only for professional market participants.
