He noted that currently not all public services are provided in electronic form. For example, to obtain a compulsory health insurance policy, you will need to contact your insurance company or MFC in person.
According to the prime minister, if necessary, citizens will be able to issue and receive the necessary certificates and statements at the MFC in the future, reports Interfax.
