«Russia can ensure that the prices of food products in the country will be lower than in the world market,» said Vladimir Putin on the Rossiya 24 TV channel.
The head of state believes that the Russian authorities should minimize external influences on the food market and increase food production. According to him, the capacity of domestic enterprises to produce grain and oil coincides with the excess needs of the Russian Federation.
