The regions of the Russian Federation have funds for the uninterrupted supply of medicines to patients, Tatiana Golikowa told journalists.
According to the report, Golikova organized a meeting on the implementation of regional programs for the modernization of primary health care, as well as drug supply monitoring.
“Tatyana Golikova emphasized that the regions have all the means to ensure that patients are provided with an uninterrupted supply of medicines and medical devices. She recalled that two federal laws were adopted to mitigate the impact on the health care system of restrictions imposed by a number of foreign countries, «reads the report.
In line with it, these provisions simplified the procedures for import licensing, development and registration of drugs and medical devices. Responsibility of wholesalers for breakdowns in drug deliveries to pharmacies has also been introduced, purchases by regions and medical organizations from individual suppliers have been simplified, and the level of quotations of medical products has increased.
The report explains that the state guarantee program increased funds for the purchase of medical equipment from 100,000 up to 1 million rubles and introduced advanced financing of medical organizations at the expense of compulsory medical insurance.
