В России могут пересмотреть параметры льготной ипотеки на новостройки

The possibility of a revision will be discussed after analyzing the situation with the issuance of loans, especially in the context of lowering the key rate of the Bank of Russia to 17%, according to the Ministry of Construction and Construction of the Russian Federation.

On April 8, the board of directors of the Bank of Russia lowered the key rate from 20% to 17% per annum.

Deputy head of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation, Nikita Stasishin, told TASS that in this connection the mortgage market is monitored weekly. The results are reported to the supervising deputy prime minister, Marat Khusnullin.

Initially, according to him, after updating the terms of the program of preferential mortgage loans for new buildings, it was decided within a month to see how the program will work and how much will be needed by citizens.

Recall that there are now four preferential mortgage loan programs in Russia. The conditions for housing loans in the Far East, family and rural housing have not changed, and preferential mortgage loans in the primary housing market operate as clusters. Stasishin noted that this program is related to the average cost of housing in the region, so the limit for the Moscow, St. Petersburg, Moscow and Leningrad oblasts is 12 million rubles, and for other regions — 6 million rubles.
