From April 12 to April 14, 2022, the Republic of Chechnya will participate in the all-Russian command and staff exercises to work out issues related to ensuring the safety of avoiding spring floods and protecting housing estates, farm buildings and social infrastructure against fires.
“The three-day exercise will be attended by the authorities and forces of the territorial subsystem of the unified state system for the prevention and elimination of crisis situations. The purpose of the exercise is to improve the methods and techniques of protecting the population and territories, as well as to test the combat readiness and interaction of the services concerned, ”said Alikhan Tsakaev, head of the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Chechen Republic.
Today from At 6.00, the authorities and forces of TP RSChS were put into «High Standby» mode.
«In the first phase of the exercise, issues related to alerting, introducing a high-alert mode, clarifying action plans for the prevention and recovery of crisis situations, informing the population, as well as the use of information resources and systems for monitoring and assessing forest fire and flood situations» — said Alikhan Tsakaev.
In the second and third stages, on April 13 and 14, actions will be practiced to eliminate the effects of natural disasters.
