The contract for the reconstruction of the bypass of the village of Germenchuk as part of the nationwide project «Safe Quality Roads» was concluded on the basis of the life cycle.

Work on the website began in mid-March. Currently, work is underway on laying the surface.
The detour of the village of Germenchuk is an important object for the road network of the region. Thanks to the reconstruction, the road will be widened and changed from a two-lane to a four-lane one.
The project provides for a complete arrangement of the rebuilt beltway: installation of traffic lights, installation of road signs, construction of road markings with thermoplastic, installation of a road fence separating streams of oncoming vehicles and installation of external lighting. The reconstruction of this facility will lead to a significant reduction in the number of accidents and overloads.
According to the director of the Public Procurement Department of the Ministry of Highways, the regional administrator of the project «Regional and local road network» of the national project Rizvan Gekhaev, contracts on the life cycle rules allow contractors to plan work for long-term, redundant materials, prepare road equipment, and master new technologies in road construction. All this has a positive effect on the quality of the work performed.
From 2019 to 2022, the ministry signed five agreements on the principles of the life cycle for the facilities of the nationwide project «Safe Quality Roads». These are sections of the Ishcherskaya — Grozny, Ishcherskaya — Chervlennaya highways, Gudermes — Kadi-Jurt, Grozny — Vedeno — the border of Dagestan and a detour of the village of Germenchuk with a total length of 21.3 km.
