— in the village of Mesker-Jurt, in part of the Baysangurovsky district of Grozny (Kuzbasskaya, Podgornaya, Dalnaya, Burovikov, Sennaya, lane 1 Flotsky, lane 1 Dalniy, lane Gorny), Grozny district (Bartkhoy, Kalaus, Gunyushki, Kerla-Jurt, Nagornoye , Goragorsky, Maisky, Komarovo), Urus-Martan district (Gekhi, Martan-Chu, Urus-Martan).

— in a part of Akhmatowski poviat in Grozny (village of Staraja Sunża).
The department noted that the power outage schedule could be adjusted to 12.00 Moscow time on April 12.
