The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia is organizing the sixth all-Russian festival of heroic and patriotic creativity of children and youth, «The Star of Salvation». An event dedicated to the 90th anniversary of civil defense.
According to Mukhtar Ortsuev, Deputy Head of the Main Board of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Chechen Republic, the project aims to educate the young generation in the spirit of patriotism and respect for the elderly, as well as to promote a safe and healthy lifestyle and activity among children and adolescents.
68 children and youth from 6 educational organizations of the Chechen Republic took part in the first stage of the festival.
“Festival participants competed in visual, music, choreographic and creativity competitions. The main themes are: «Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations — Courage — Honor — Salvation», «Dedicated to the Heroes of Salvation» and «Civil Defense — 90 years,» said Mukhtar Ortsuev.
According to the results of the 1st stage of the festival, the «Fidgets» ensemble was the winner of the musical creativity competition, as well as the Akhmed Ezhiev and Aishat Vakhieva competitions for creativity and choreography, respectively.
The winners will represent the Chechen Republic at the national level.
The award ceremony for the winners of the second stage will take place on June 4, 2022 during the final gala concert of the festival, which is to be held at the AGPS of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations.
