Участникам специальной военной операции на Украине отсрочат уплату долгов

The Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) intends to suspend debt collection from military debtors who are currently participating in a special operation in Ukraine.

«With regard to debtors participating in hostilities within the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops … the enforcement proceedings shall be suspended in whole or in part … [Участники спецоперации] are recognized as combat veterans, ”said the minister.

The department suggests that banks «consider» withdrawing requests to recover pledged property to the military and the National Guard, as well as to representatives of «socially unprotected categories of citizens.»

On February 24, Russia launched a military operation in Ukraine. President Vladimir Putin called this goal «to protect people who had been the target of intimidation and genocide by the Kiev regime for eight years.»

To this end, in his opinion, it is planned to carry out «demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine» in order to bring to justice all war criminals responsible for «bloody crimes against the civilian population» in the Donbas.

According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, the Armed Forces only hit the military infrastructure and Ukrainian troops, and since March 25, they have completed the main tasks of the first stage — they have significantly reduced Ukraine’s combat potential. The main goal of the Russian military department was to name the liberation of Donbas, reports RIA Novosti.
