Сбер начал выдавать кредиты южным системообразующим предприятиям

Sberbank has started an agreement with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation on participation in the program of preferential loans for skeletal enterprises. The total limit of subsidies granted to the bank from the federal budget — 12.3 billion rubles — will make it possible to attract credit funds of 150 billion rubles to Russian business.

The preferential subsidy mechanism is designed to supplement the working capital of skeletal organizations and is designed to help avoid the cash gap and increase the stability of key enterprises in the Russian economy. The first South Russian companies have already received Sberbank funding under this type of state aid.

Irina Tkachenko, vice president of South-West Bank of Sberbank:

In March, together with the regional executive authorities and the business community, we carried out a large organizational work aimed at providing additional financial support to key sectors of the economy and their main representatives in a short time. Our consolidated efforts are producing the desired results. The working capital provided by Sberbank on preferential terms allows large South Russian companies not to slow down their current operations and focus on developing new markets by creating additional growth factors. Two of our clients from the Stavropol Territory and the Rostov Region have already received preferential loans worth a billion rubles. These were the first transactions that took place in the Sberbank system as part of the new state financial aid package. We are convinced that today, as the Russian economy adjusts to the new conditions, such operational support is very important. Yugo-Zapadny Bank continues to advise enterprises and accept applications for preferential loans with state participation.

Financing of backbone enterprises under the program of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation is carried out in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 393 of March 17, 2022 and is provided at 11% per annum up to 12 months. Firms on the list of backbone enterprises approved by the Government Commission at the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation may receive preferential financing.
