Russia still provides Ukraine with almost 13,000. tons of humanitarian aid, said Colonel General Mikhail Mizintsev, head of the National Defense Control Center of the Russian Federation.
«As of March 2, the Russian Federation delivered 12,909.8 tons of essential articles, food, drugs and medical supplies to Ukraine, and carried out 854 humanitarian actions,» said the general.
He explained that on the last day, eight actions took place in the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, Kharkiv and Kherson, during which 567.9 tons of humanitarian aid were donated to the civilian population.
On Monday, in Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, Kharkiv and Kherson, seven more humanitarian operations take place, during which a total of 248 tons of basic necessities and food will be donated to the population.
