“It came in handy for people who were hungry for food. Essential goods, food for babies, as well as products such as cereals, flour, meat, cold cuts and canned goods were delivered to the liberated territories. In addition, the supply of necessary drugs to provide medical assistance to the injured city residents was ensured, ”wrote Ramzan Kadyrov.
