The admission will take place in two stages and with the use of digital services to avoid queues, the press service of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation reported.

“From April 1, all Russian schools will start accepting applications for the first grades. In 2022, approximately 2 million first-graders will be seated at their desks. There are two steps in total. The first runs from April 1 to June 30. It is intended for children who live in the territory assigned to the school, that is, in the same area as the educational institution. It is also aimed at children who have an emergency, priority and priority in enrollment. The second phase will start on July 6 and will run until the vacancies are filled, but no later than September 5. It is aimed at children who do not live in their assigned territory. During this time, you can apply to educational establishments in another district.
