On March 16, Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the Cabinet of Ministers to provide regional industrial development funds with funds for additional capitalization.
«On the president’s order, federal funds will be allocated to additional capitalization of regional industrial development funds. Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed the order to allocate 4.3 billion rubles for these purposes,» the press release reads.
Additional capitalization will provide additional support to industrial enterprises in 77 entities of the Russian Federation. Thanks to subsidies from regional development funds, enterprises will be able to compensate 90% of the cost of paying interest on loan agreements. The granted funds will allow to lower the interest rate on the granted loans to the total amount of over 20 billion rubles — adds the press service.
