“We are not dealing with price regulation at all and we will not get involved in it. We must ensure that the conditions are such that the market mechanisms themselves ensure such a balanced regulation of prices in the food market, «she said.
The deputy prime minister stressed that the government «analyzes the welfare» of food producers and if the costs increase, it quickly takes the necessary measures to ensure, for example, additional financing on preferential loans. So she recalled that it was decided to allocate 26 billion rubles to the backbone enterprises of the agro-industrial complex. — these are loans, working capital loans up to 5 billion rubles. for one legal entity at the rate of 10% per annum.
«Second direction. We agree that there should be fewer intermediaries between the manufacturer and the commercial networks.
