This was said by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
Mishustin suggested discussing business support under the payroll 3.0 program, which «enables Russian companies to receive preferential loans of 3% and default on principal and interest for the first six months.» «The scheme has worked well, more than 33,000 entrepreneurs have already benefited from it,» said Mishustin.
The prime minister recalled the decision made in March to extend credit holidays for another six months, when «low interest rates on such loans for banks are compensated by the state». «Today we will allocate another billion rubles for these purposes,» he said.
According to Mishustin, «it is particularly important now that entrepreneurs continue their activities and can continue to pay workers’ wages.»
