04/05/2022. Members of the highest legislative body of the republic BA Khazbulatov and Sh.Sh. Chabagaev met with the heads of administration, the Council of Deputies of the Grozny Region and the Gazprom representative Mezhregiongaz Grozny.
During the communication that took place in the administration of art. Goryacheistochnenskaya has made a detailed analysis of the implementation of the federal program «Social Gasification», the repayment of the resulting gas debt and the organization of joint activities with local district authorities to provide low-income families with subsidies for the use of housing and communal services.
The information provided by the municipal administration and the gas service, in the opinion of parliamentarians, indicate the existence of problem areas in the repayment of debts for consumed gas and the provision of targeted subsidies, while a positive dynamics was found in the issue of secondary gasification.
Pointing to the obvious shortcomings and their immediate elimination, MEPs organized the reception of citizens whose appeals became a logical part of the agenda. Residents M. Madaeva and L. Miserbieva were concerned about the maintenance of the gas network and gasification of the house. Their wishes had been examined on the spot by representatives of the poviat and local administration and Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Grozny, and MPs in turn reassured the applicants that their requests would be carefully considered.
