«The situation on the drug market is gradually normalizing, the rush of demand for pharmaceuticals is declining, which is confirmed by the decline in the number of requests from citizens,» said Roszdravnadzor in a press release.
According to the department, in the past seven days, Roszdravnadzor has not received a single complaint about the lack of drugs for the treatment of diabetes in domestic pharmaceutical organizations. «Over the past week, Roszdravnadzor has not received a single complaint about the lack of insulin in domestic pharmacies,» the report reads.
Roszdravnadzor also informs that in order to quickly solve problems related to the temporary disappearance of a given drug from the market, a free multi-channel hotline operates in the department. Any appeals requiring an emergency response are dealt with within a few hours,
Roszdravnadzor also points to the possibility of ordering the drug in advance in pharmacies or searching for it on special aggregators.
«Pharmaceutical organizations are once again recalling the need to issue prescription-only drugs from a doctor,» said the minister in a statement, Interfax reports.
