The creation of a staff whose main task will be to synchronize the legislation of the LDNR and the Russian Federation was announced by Andrei Turchak, the Secretary of the General Council of United Russia, during his trip to Donbas and a meeting with the heads of Donetsk and Lugansk, Denis Pushilin and Leonid Pasechnik. The work of the staff will be managed by the Ombudsman for Children at the President of the Russian Federation, Maria Lwowa-Belowa.
“We involve both senators and deputies of the State Duma in our work on the care, adoption and assistance to children. Hundreds of families are ready for this adoption. In this case, United Russia acts as a support arm to solve this problem, ”said Andrey Turchak.
He also recalled that one and a half months after the start of the special military operation in Ukraine, United Russia established regular deliveries of humanitarian aid and was sending it to liberated territories almost daily as part of EMERCOM convoys. In total, regional branches of the party from all over the country collected over 3,500 tons of food, water, basic necessities, household chemicals, clothing, footwear and building materials, as well as medicines.

The Republic of Chechnya provides systematic humanitarian aid to the residents of the LDNR and the military participating in the special operation in Ukraine. According to Adlan Dinayev, head of the Regional Executive Committee of the Chechen branch of United Russia, since the beginning of the special operation in Ukraine, more than 500 tons of food have been sent to refugees from Donbas, local residents who remained in the LDNR and military personnel.
“Humanitarian trucks leave the region almost every day — these are food, medicine, baby food, primary and secondary necessities, equipment for medical facilities, building materials, household chemicals. In addition, approximately 90 units of armored vehicles were handed over to the LDNR authorities. The soldiers receive sets of military uniforms, medicines and food. “We have reached the point where some products do not need to be imported. For example, bread. They found a bakery in Mariupol, they brought flour, salt and yeast. And we bake bread there. It takes time, but we are rebuilding logistics, said the Secretary of the General Council of United Russia.
Several hundred volunteers from the Center distribute humanitarian aid. For 13 days, more than 52,000 food packages, 142,000 loaves of bread and nearly 300,000 liters of water were provided to the residents. Help is also provided to the inhabitants of the left-bank districts of Mariupol, where food and water could not be transported until recently.
“Our cars work on the left bank. They deliver humanitarian aid to residential areas. As we move through the territories, we will bring them closer to the line of contact to provide short arm assistance as soon as possible, ”said Andriy Turchak.
The activists of the Young United Guard of Russia and the Volunteer Company actively help refugees and evacuees. They established two field camps — in the liberated villages of Volodarskoye and the village of Bezymennoje. They already have 50 volunteers, and another 50 will come. They are doctors, psychologists and specialists with extensive experience in helping in emergencies.
The site poisk-mariupol.ru is working on a search for missing relatives. Almost 4,000 applications were submitted to it within a few days. Data on missing persons are checked by volunteers in terms of their passage through the filtration camp or directly on the ground in Mariupol.
For more than a month, doctors have been working in Donbas hospitals under the leadership of Dmitry Chubezov, chairman of the health committee. The day before, after a week’s break, he returned to Lugansk with another team of doctors, including surgeons and traumatologists, an intensive care specialist and a dentist. Another 10 doctors came to the DPR — they are surgeons, nurses, paramedics and anesthesiologists from Moscow, Moscow, Volgograd and Tyumen, the Altai Territory, Nizhny Novgorod, Ryazan and Magadan. Thus, more than 50 doctors from Russia help the staff of medical institutions of the people’s republics.
“Now the most important thing is to help people. In the heat, in the water, in the light, in the food. We covered recovery issues. We have to launch grocery stores, grocery chains, and open stores.
