The main topics of the discussion were the financing of the investment project «Modernization of the Chechencement SA cement plant» stage II, as well as the preliminary results of the evaluation of the effectiveness of the region’s executive authorities for 2021.
“We have no doubts that JSC Chechencement will become one of the engines of economic growth and increase the investment attractiveness of the Chechen Republic. The head of the Chechen Republic pays special attention to the implementation of this project. At this stage, additional funds are needed for the reconstruction of the technological road to the limestone quarry of Chechencement SA, ”said the head of the Chechen Republic government.
He also Nazarov about the measures taken to achieve the indicators established by the Decree of the President of Russia of February 4, 2021 No. 68. According to preliminary data for 2021, 17 indicators out of 20 were achieved. Earlier, in 2019 and 2020, the Chechen Republic was in the leading position in ranking of the effectiveness of EPO activities among entities belonging to Russia. Chuczew noted that in the context of sanctions this year there is a risk that some of the indicators of the 68th decree will not be achieved. Therefore, he proposed to revise the established indicators, the achievement of which is currently not possible.
