Last year, more than a thousand polyclinics in the regions were renovated, more than 37 thousand were purchased. medical equipment units. 5,500 special vehicles and 1,600 ambulances were also sent to the subjects of the Russian Federation. Almost 1.5 thousand people were delivered to small estates. mobile medical complexes. Over 3.5 million people were tested there.

“Planned aid needs to be fully restored so that people can freely benefit from expert advice throughout the country. It is important that everyone can undergo medical examinations and medical examinations, he added.

“As part of the regional program for the modernization of primary health care, in 2021, 4 FAPs were built in the Gukhoy, Sąsiedni, Eshilkhatoy, Voskresenovskoye estates; 5 FP in the settlements of Druzhba, Naberezhnyy, Khildehara, Khoy, Makazhoy; medical clinic in the village of Alpatovo. This year, the primary health care modernization program will be continued under all the commitments made by the region, said the Minister of Health of the Chechen Republic, Idris Baisultanov.

Mikhail Mishustin also spoke of providing elementary school students with hot meals.

“This is not a direct financial aid, but a tangible one for the families in which they grow up. Especially when it comes to not one child, but several. We discussed this recently at a meeting with the United Russia faction. I asked my deputy, Tatiana Golikova, to keep this matter under special control, said the prime minister.

In all 500 schools of the Chechen Republic, 125,506 children receive hot meals from grades 1 to 4. In 2022, approximately 1.5 billion rubles were allocated to hot meals for primary school students. The organization of school meals in the Republic is considered to be one of the most indicative in the country.

«In the 2020/2021 academic year, the Republic of Chechnya entered the ranking of regions with the highest organization of hot meals for primary school students. Our task is to ensure that school meals comply with all norms and rules, and that sanitary conditions are not violated in any way The repeated public monitoring that is taking place in schools this academic year shows that all established standards are being adhered to with full rigor, said Ilyas Taaev, regional coordinator of the New School party project in Chechnya, Chechnya’s deputy minister of education and science.

Speaking about the plans to renovate the existing schools, he ensured that all tasks would be solved.

The work of the Party and the Government does not end there. Representatives of the United Russia faction asked Mikhail Mishustin questions that concern citizens primarily in connection with the imposition of sanctions. First of all, it is securing employment.

As the deputy head of the Duma faction, Andrei Isaev, noted, there were 29,700 foreign companies working in Russia, which either left the market or announced their departure. Many Russian companies are now looking for new customers and have temporary difficulties paying wages. He asked for an announcement of the measures taken by the Cabinet of Ministers to address these problems.

“There are four preferential loan programs. Postponement for 6 months according to the payroll 3.0 is a campaign for employment for approx. 740 thousand. people. Income tax deferral for SMEs. To support the employment of workers, we organize temporary work, 51 billion rubles have been allocated, 25 billion rubles have been allocated to support at least 400 thousand people. If the activity is suspended or terminated by the decision of foreigners, the transition is possible on the basis of a fixed-term contract with the possibility of returning to the previous place of work, Mikhail Mishustin said.

Another important issue is the supply of drugs. Due to the sanctions imposed and the disruptions in the supply chains, imported drugs disappeared from pharmacies, said Dmitry Chubezov, Duma head for health.

“In 10 years, we built 40 new factories and produce 77% of the necessary drugs. Dozens of new drugs have been produced, including cow vaccines. We organize deliveries from friendly India and China. We simplify the registration, trading and licensing of drugs. This year, we will multiply the production of albumin and immunoglobulin. The domestic market share should increase tenfold, «Mikhail Mishustin replied, speaking of the stabilization of the situation.

It is also necessary to resolve the issue of price regulation and the formation of a sudden demand for goods, said Alexander Chinsztejn, head of the Duma Information Commission. He stressed the need to fight those who are trying to cash in on panic.

As the Prime Minister pointed out, each matter should be considered separately and act very carefully so as not to offend respected entrepreneurs.

“Look where ingredients have been missing, logistics is closed. Or maybe they are special things in collusion. It is necessary not only to monitor prices, but also to use supply support, emphasized Mikhail Mishustin.

He also supported the United Russia initiative in the field of food security — putting more agricultural land on the market. According to various estimates, there are about 40 million hectares of abandoned agricultural land in Russia, said Nadezhda Shkolkina, deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Agrarian Affairs.

“Earth has to work. It is a powerful resource for our country. More than 13 million hectares must be put into circulation — this is indicated by a special state program, for which 110 billion rubles have been allocated by 2024. We will accelerate and simplify the circulation of unused land. The law is already on the government’s platform, said Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

Earlier, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Chechen Republic — Minister of Agriculture of the Chechen Republic, member of the Presidium of the United Russia Regional Political Council, Ibragim Zakriev said that the region had conditions for self-sufficient food security for the local population.

“Taking into account the agricultural land of our republic and the soil and climate conditions for our own production, we can define priority types of food and appropriate support measures. In 2021, we collected a record harvest of cereals and legumes, amounting to 525 thousand. tonnes of cereals from the area of 183 thousand. ha. This spring, 119.8 thousand farms will be sown in all categories of farms. ha. As of March 18, 2022, 9,400 ha of early spring plants were planted. At the same time, the condition of winter crops is being monitored, which occupy 176 thousand hectares. hectares ”- quotes Ibragim Zakriew.

Another proposal was supported — the extension of secondary vocational education and training. To this end, the «Professionalism» program will be adapted. Its participants should be sought in accordance with the actual needs of the labor market, said Alexander Mazhuga, first deputy chairman of the Science Committee of the State Duma.

“We are restructuring the project to immediately train specialists for the employer. We will create production centers. The plan for a three-year period is to raise it to 210 and merge them with 300 companies. A program of subsidizing the employment of young people, disabled people and orphans was launched, ”said Mikhail Mishustin.

Finally, he thanked the faction for working together and taking responsibility for making decisions.

“The United Russia faction takes on this responsibility. I can honestly say that I don’t see any difference in my colleagues from the factions, in the Government and the executive. We work together. And we will continue to work together, ”emphasized Mikhail Mishustin.
