«The sale of remanufactured smartphones continues in the MegaFon online store. All devices are covered by a warranty and their cost is up to 60% lower than new ones. Remanufactured smartphones undergo full pre-sale service — diagnostics, tests and, if necessary, component replacement» — they said in the press service of the operator.
In the first stage, the service can be used by residents of Moscow and the region, the operator’s press service explained. We are talking about over 200 models of refurbished smartphones from Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, Honor, Huawei, OnePlus and Realme.
«We see great growth potential in the refurbished digital equipment segment. In 2022, the demand for smartphones shifted to the mid-price segment, while in 2021 buyers were more actively purchasing devices worth more than 50,000 rubles,» explained David. Sales director of MegaFon Borziłow.
By the end of the month, Megafon will also launch a new service for buying smartphones from customers in Megafon stores, reports TASS.
