“Work on the issue of defects — temporary absence from the market due to logistical difficulties of some products — is of great importance. In order not to rely on this, together with colleagues from the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Health and the regions are developing whole groups of drugs, medical devices that can be duplicated, produced in the territory of the Russian Federation, she said.
Golikova added that work on import substitution in Russia is carried out for the years 2023-2024. “The set of measures we have adopted to support our producers greatly simplifies the registration procedure and gives preferences when registering prices [на препарат]», she noticed.
According to Golikova, there will be no shortage of drugs in Russia and interruptions in their supplies. «Together, we all expect our people to experience no need and no drug breaks. We believe what happened was a temporary difficulty that was practically overcome,» TASS said.
