The problem of written appeals of citizens in numerical terms is presented in Appendix 1 to this report.
All letters received by the department, in accordance with the resolutions of the leadership of the parliament of the Chechen Republic, are sent to the state authorities of the republic, ministries and departments (Appendix 2) for consideration and action, the Seym of the Chechen Republic, the Chechen Republic is informed about the results of the examination, and also reported to applicants.
Unfortunately, copies of letters are often received, without indicating the address, date and without a handwritten signature, such applications are not considered in accordance with the Law of the Czech Republic «On the procedure for examining appeals of citizens in the Chechen Republic of July 5, 2006 No. 12-RZ»
The employees of the department constantly control the issue of compliance by contractors with the statutory deadlines for considering citizens’ appeals.
As a rule, all ministries, departments, as well as heads of administration adhere to the deadlines set by law and provide timely written responses, while keeping informed of the results of considerations and measures taken.
Department employees send reminders to contractors who violate or fail to meet the established deadlines for considering appeals of citizens, so in the first quarter such reminders were not sent at all.
Information and information work is carried out on an ongoing basis with citizens who approach the department with various questions (there were 35 oral appeals during the past period).
According to the work schedule, weekly meetings, participation in employee meetings and seminars devoted to the study of legal and regulatory acts were held.
The employees of the department actively participated in organized subbotniks.
Particular attention was paid to organizing and conducting the reception of citizens on personal matters by the chairman of the parliament of the Chechen Republic and his deputies.
Citizens are pre-registered daily for the meeting, and the compiled and prepared lists are submitted for inspection to the assistants of the President of the Parliament of the Chechen Republic and his deputies on the eve of their appointment.
In the first quarter, 27 people were admitted by the chairman of the parliament of the Chechen Republic and his deputies on various issues.
During the reporting period, the employees of the department did not breach work discipline.
The subject matter of citizens reporting to the parliament of the Chechen Republic varies greatly, but the main issues remain housing and the improvement of housing conditions, employment, controversial housing issues, as well as material or other assistance.
