04/07/2022. Members of the parliament of the Chechen Republic, Khalid Nakayev and Imam-Ali Makhmutkhazhiyev, held a working meeting with the employees of the State Budget Institution «Integrated Center of Social Services for the Population» of Sernovod District.
The meeting was attended by Ali Nagaev, chairman of the Council of Deputies of Sernovodsk Oblast.
Parliamentarians got acquainted with the activities of institutions aimed at identifying elderly and disabled people in need of social, social and medical and social assistance, determining specific forms of assistance, the frequency of its provision to citizens recognized as needing social assistance, in accordance with Federal Law No. 442 of the Russian Federation of December 28, 2013
It was noted here that during the Center’s operation, work in the field of servicing the elderly and the disabled was built on a legal basis that regulates the work of social services with the requirement of requests and needs of citizens. The Center receives citizens on an ongoing basis, receives letters, complaints and statements. According to the statements, as well as the oral statements of citizens, the internal control committee for the implementation and provision of quality of social services is sent to the addresses. The care of bed rest patients is monitored.
Currently, the State Budgetary Institution «KTsSON» of the Sernovodsk Oblast has a full database of personal data of all elderly and disabled people, other privileged categories of citizens who need social assistance.
At the end of the meeting, the parliamentarians thanked the Center staff for their hard but noble work.
