04/05/2022. The deputies of the parliament of the Chechen Republic, Ibragim Edilov and Jamalai Zakriev met with the head of the village administration. Goragorsky Nadterechny urban district Salman Bogaev.
At the meeting, issues related to the implementation of the protocol instructions of the head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov: on ensuring state registration of the right of ownership (use) in the Unified State Register of Real Estate for plots of land and households; on the organization of legal assistance to the population in the preparation of documents relating to property; on payment by natural and legal persons for the provided communal and housing services.
The collective appeal of the inhabitants of the village of Goragorsk to the chairman of the parliament of the Hero of Russia Chechen Republic, Magomed Daudov, was also considered. On the map, the head of the settlement indicated plots of land given to the inhabitants of the settlement affected by the landslides, which were later observed on the spot by members of the parliament of the Chechen Republic. We discussed with the head of the settlement the prospects of building housing resources, as well as separate plots of land with important social facilities.
The parliamentarians recommended the head of the village settlement in Goragorsk, S. Bogaev, to intensify explanatory work among the population in order to pay off debts for housing and communal services with the involvement of the relevant district structures.
