04/14/2022. The chairman of the parliament of the Chechen Republic, the Hero of Russia, Magomed Daudov, held the 19th plenary session, during which he adopted the relevant regional laws, supported the draft federal laws and the appeals of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
In this way, the deputies adopted the republican law «On Amendments to Art. 3 of the Law of the Chechen Republic «On Fire Safety in the Chechen Republic», which extends the powers of the government of the Chechen Republic to ensure fire safety.
The Law of the Chechen Republic «On Amending the Law of the Chechen Republic» On the protection of the population and territory of the Chechen Republic against natural and technological disasters «was also adopted, according to which state bodies and local governments, inter alia, as well as organizations are required to provide information on the protection of people and territories against emergency situations to the governing bodies of the unified state system for the prevention and elimination of emergency situations. In addition, in accordance with this law, the powers of the Government of the Chechen Republic and local governments in the field of protection of the population and territories against emergency situations are extended.
At the meeting, at first reading, the deputies adopted the bill prepared to provide the Ministry of Finance of the Chechen Republic with the procedure for appointing the head of the financial body of the republic’s municipal district, supported the 22nd draft federal law and appeals from the legislative bodies of the constituent entities of Russia.
