At the next meeting, the deputies adopted the Constitutional Act «On the abolition of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Chechen Republic». The draft law arose in connection with the fact that the federal constitutional law of December 8, 2020 No. 7-FKZ «On Amendments to Certain Federal Constitutional Laws» amended the federal constitutional law of December 31, 1996 No. 1-FKZ «on the judiciary Of the Russian Federation ”, according to which the constitutional (card) courts of the subjects of the Russian Federation are to be abolished by 1 January 2023.
The adopted law of the Chechen Republic «On Amendments to the Law of the Chechen Republic» On the production of seeds «was developed in order to implement the provisions established by the Federal Law No. 170-FZ of 11.06. state control (supervision) and communal control in the Russian Federation ”, which determines the subject of the federal state control (supervision) in the field of seed production in relation to seeds of agricultural plants.
