04/12/2022. Members of the highest legislative body of the region BA Khazbulatov and Sh.Sh. Chabagaev, continuing to study the situation in the Grozny municipal district under his supervision, visited the rural settlement of Tsentora-Yurt. In the building of the local administration, they met with its manager, imam and deputies of the village settlement, and with the representative of Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Grozny, J. Dadalow.
The main attention was paid to the issues of additional gasification and the repayment of debts for the used gas. In the course of an in-depth analysis, it turned out that the implementation of the «Social Gasification» program corresponds to the adopted schedule, and the percentage of debt repayments for green fuel consumption dropped significantly. One of the reasons for this negative phenomenon, according to the participants of the meeting, is the moral and psychological state caused by the initial period of the special military operation in Ukraine.
Meaningful dialogue took place also while considering other topics. They talked about a partial solution to the problem of pastures, a disproportionate water supply in spring and summer, and the sowing season. If the condition of the pasture and water supply is considered problematic, agricultural work in the vast area of a rural settlement is defined as creative.
The meeting in the administration of the Tsentora-Yurt village estate, which was also attended by the chairman of the municipal district in Grozny, M. Magomedmerzoev and the executive secretary of the threatening local branch of the United Russia party, U. Makhazaev, is, according to parliamentarians, productive and focused on solving specific problems they are facing village leaders.
