POSTANOVLENIE
THE CZECH REPUBLIC PARLIAMENT

On support for legislative initiatives and appeals of constituent entities of the Russian Federation
After considering legislative initiatives and appeals of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, the parliament of the Chechen Republic
decreeovliet:
1. Support legislative initiatives:
Dumas of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra on the submission to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of a draft federal law «On Amending Art. 217 of part two of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation «;
Legislative Assembly of the Perm Territory on submitting to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation a draft federal law «On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation».
2. Support for appeals:
Murmansk Regional Duma to the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation MW Mishustin on gasification of the Murmansk Oblast and compensation for the budget of the Murmansk Oblast due to the increase in the cost of heating oil for heating companies in the region;
Murmansk Regional Duma to the Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, VI Matvienko, Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, V. Volodin on gasification of the Murmansk Oblast and compensation for the budget of the Murmansk Oblast of an increase in the cost of heating oil for heating companies in the region;
Of the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of Karelia to the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Golikova TA and the Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation Fayzullin IE on granting subsidies from the federal budget for the implementation of the powers transferred by the Russian Federation to provide housing to former juvenile prisoners of concentration camps, ghettos and others places of seclusion created by the Nazis and their allies during the Second World War;
Of the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of Karelia to the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Golikova TA on the development of a federal program for capital repairs of buildings of preschool educational organizations;
Of the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of Karelia to the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Borisov Ju.I. and Secretary of State — Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergency Situations and Elimination of Effects of Natural Disasters Serko AM on the delimitation of competences between the federal executive authorities and the executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation with regard to extinguishing fires in populated areas;
Legislative Assembly of the Kaluga Region to the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation MV Mishustin on the extension of the temporary ban on the export of certain types of nitrogen fertilizers.
3. Send this resolution to the Duma of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra, the Legislative Assembly of the Perm Territory, the Murmansk Oblast Duma, the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of Karelia, the Legislative Assembly of the Kaluga Region.
4. The resolution comes into force on the day of its adoption.
