THE CZECH REPUBLIC PARLIAMENT

On Supporting Federal Bills

After considering the bills of federal laws, the parliament of the Chechen Republic decides:

1. Support the following federal bills:
74726-8 «On the moratorium on increasing the amount of utility bills paid by citizens during the spread of the new coronavirus infection» — State Duma deputies Ya.E.Nilov, DASvishchev, SD Leonov, AN Didenko, BR Paykin;
No. 77890-8 «On changes to art. 11 of the Federal Law «On Participation in the Joint Construction of Apartment Buildings and Other Real Estate and Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation» (on state registration of an agreement on the assignment of the right to pursue claims under an agreement on participation in joint construction) — by the Senator of the Russian Federation, EB Shumilova ;
No. 78299-8 «On Amendments to the Housing Code of the Russian Federation» (with regard to ensuring the possibility of voting on the agenda of the general meeting in the federal information system «Unified Portal of State and Communal Services») — submitted by the Government of the Russian Federation;
82494-8 «On amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation (in terms of improving the effectiveness of state regulations ensuring the fertility of agricultural land) — introduced by deputies of the State Duma AV Gordeev, VI Kashin, VN Blotsky, NIVasiliev, RISuleimanov, senators of the Russian Federation APMayorov, SGMitin;
No. 1193651-7 «On Amendments to Certain Legal Acts of the Russian Federation — submitted by the Government of the Russian Federation;
No. 77579-8 «On changes to art. 8 and 9 of the Federal Law «On the Basics of State Regulation of Commercial Activities in the Russian Federation» (on the establishment of the maximum amount of the trade mark-up (mark-up) on sales prices for certain types of socially important basic food products) — State Duma deputies AW Gordeev, V. Kashin , WN Plotnikov, OA Nilov, W. Yakhnyuk, senators of the Russian Federation AP Mayorov, SG Mitin;
No. 1179766-7 «On direct multimodal (combined) transport and changes in some legal acts of the Russian Federation» — submitted by the Government of the Russian Federation;
1180448-7 «On the amendment of the federal law» On objects of cultural heritage (monuments of history and culture) of the peoples of the Russian Federation «and the Housing Code of the Russian Federation», introduce deputies of the Duma state EG Drapeko, GP Khovanskaya, OMKazakova, PRKachkaev, AMSholokhov, and VIAfonsky, DAIonin during their term as deputies of the State Duma;

No. 82329-8 «On changes to art. 217 of part two of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation «(in terms of changing the maximum amount of income exempt from personal income tax) — made by deputies of the State Duma Ya.E. Nilov, DA Svishchev, SD Leonov, ANDidenko, BRPaykin, SANaumov, senators of the Russian Federation EVAfanasyeva, INAbramov;
No. 61739-8 «On Amendments to Parts One and Two of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation» — submitted by the Government of the Russian Federation;
No. 84631-8 «On Amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation» (in terms of clarifying administrative responsibility for certain offenses in the field of communication and information) — introduced by deputies of the State Duma AE Khinshtein, SM Boyarsky;
no. 65362-8 «On the amendment of art. 6.10 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation «(on the determination of liability for the purchase of alcoholic and alcohol-containing products for minors, as well as potentially dangerous and intoxicating substances) — submitted by the State Council of the Udmurt Republic;
No. 82720-8 «On Amending the Federal Law» On Combating Corruption «and Art. 8 of the federal law «On controlling the correspondence of expenses of persons occupying public office and other persons with their income» (in the scope of imposing restrictions on disclosure of information on personal data in relation to persons holding public office and other persons obliged to provide information on income, expenses, property obligations and property) — introduces the deputy of the State Duma, WM Reznik.
