POSTANOVLENIE
THE CZECH REPUBLIC PARLIAMENT

On support for legislative initiatives and appeals of constituent entities of the Russian Federation
After considering legislative initiatives and appeals of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, the parliament of the Chechen Republic
decreeovliet:
1. Support legislative initiatives:
Sakhalin Oblast Duma to present to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation the draft federal law «On monthly payments for persons caring for disabled children, persons with disabilities from childhood in group I and persons with disabilities in group I»;
Meetings of deputies of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug on submitting to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation a draft federal law «On a monthly payment to persons caring for disabled children, disabled children from childhood, group I and persons with disabilities of group I».
2. Support for appeals:
Belgorod District Duma to the Government of the Russian Federation on improving the mechanism of collecting child support payments and additional support for families with children;
Of the Bryansk Regional Duma to the President of the Government of the Russian Federation MV Mishustin on the strengthening of administrative liability for the promotion or illegal advertising of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their precursors, plants containing narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances or their precursors and parts thereof containing narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances or their precursors, new potentially dangerous psychoactive substances by changing Art. 6.13 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation;
Legislative Assembly of the Amur Region to the Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Kravtsov SS on ensuring anti-terrorist security for small educational organizations located in hard-to-reach rural settlements;
State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan to the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation MV Mishustin about the need to increase material and social guarantees for employees of internal affairs bodies.
3. Send this resolution to the Sakhalin Oblast Duma, the Assembly of Deputies of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Belgorod Oblast Duma, Bryansk Oblast Duma, Legislative Assembly of the Amur Region, State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan.
4. The resolution comes into force on the day of its adoption.
