The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation informs that in 2021, with the support of the Ministry, the «ProfStories Vocational Counseling Opportunities Aggregator» was established, to which 784 employers and their employees joined.
During the work of profstories.ru, the website was visited by over 60,000 people. The project is implemented as part of the activities of the federal competence center for vocational guidance «Zasoboy», which covers 750,000 people.
In order to improve the system of organizing the work of career counseling with young people, the ProfStories team, with the support of experts and employers, has created a gamified service called Digital Assistant of Occupation Selection, which includes professional personality diagnostics, obtaining information about relevant companies in the user’s region of residence registered on profstories.ru, employers about the target training course.
The service will be available to young people from April 11 to May 31, 2022. Participation is free.
