JSC Chechenenergo (managed by Rosseti Severny Kavkaz) is reducing losses in Urus-Martan’s electricity networks. One of the activities included in the complex of these works is the reconstruction of the damaged 0.4-6 kV network.
To date, design work is carried out in six settlements of the region — Urus-Martan, Tangi-Chu, Roshni-Chu, Gekhi-Chu, Alkhan-Jurt and Alkhazurovo. Specialists have already installed more than 800 supports here, installed 15 kilometers of self-supporting insulated wire and 4 complete transformer substations (KTS).
In total, in the Urus-Martan district of the republic, energy teams will install 3,243 supports, over 100 kilometers of self-supporting insulated wire and replace 25 PTS. Thanks to technical measures, power supply to over 96.2 thousand housing estates will become better and more reliable.
“It is a great joy. Existing transmission lines were built in Soviet times. The power facilities were dilapidated so we often faced power cuts in bad weather and low grid voltage. Now the situation has started to change dramatically — in 1,630 houses it has already become brighter, ”said Atti Amkhadov, head of the administration of the Alkhazurovsky village settlement.
The group of activities carried out under the Program for reducing losses in power grids is under the special control of Ramzan Kadyrov, the head of the Hero of Russia Chechen Republic. The work is carried out under the supervision of the Regional Power Engineering Development Command under the direction of the adviser to the head of the republic, State Duma deputy Adam Delimkhanov.
