As part of the implementation of the general plan for the development of Shala, approved by the head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, 11 institutions will be moved from the central part of the city to the outskirts.
These include the Shali Central District Hospital, Chechvodokanal, a sports complex, a sanitary and epidemiological station, and Shali’s regional electrical networks. In addition, there are plans to build a residential building.
The main task of power engineers is to provide reliable and high-quality power on-site. To this end, specialists from Shali’s regional power grids have already built a new 1.5 km long 10 kV transmission line.
By the end of 2022, after calculating the required power, energy engineers will install at least 4 transformer substations.
The complex of activities is supervised by Adam Delimkhanov, advisor to the head of the region, deputy of the State Duma of Russia, head of the Operational Staff for Power Industry Development.
