The ranking of the influence of regional leaders is compiled monthly by the Agency for Political and Economic Communication (APEC).
According to the results of the April poll, the head of the Chechen Republic has a very strong influence and ranks second among the governors of the Russian Federation.
The first place is taken by the mayor of Moscow, Sergey Sobyanin, and the third is by the governor of the Tula region, Alexey Dyumin.
The expert survey is conducted on the basis of a closed survey. Political scientists, political scientists, media experts and journalists participated in the preparation of the ranking.
First, each of the experts assesses the impact of each of the candidates presented in the survey, and then the arithmetic mean values of the expert ratings (average scores) are determined.
The final assessment is a consolidated assessment of the influence of all heads of Russian regions by the leaders of the Russian expert community.
