As part of the implementation of the nationwide project «Education», the federal project «Social cranes for everyone» at MBOU «High School No. 106» in Grozny, a meeting of the traffic police officer of the Ministry of the Interior for the Chechen Republic, Adam Isaev, and students was organized.
During the meeting, students were asked to test their knowledge of road traffic rules for pedestrians, cyclists and scooter owners in practice.
“I prepared a lecture on preventing violations of traffic rules and tested the students’ knowledge. The subject of the meeting was informative and aroused great interest among students,” said Adam Isaev, an officer of the State Road Safety Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Chechen Republic.
According to the school management, this event is traditional and takes place on a regular basis. As part of this meeting, a practical lesson «Pedestrian» was organized with the use of visual aids, during which students were to practice their knowledge of the rules of the road for pedestrians, cyclists and scooter owners.
“In order to prevent road injuries to children, restore the ability to comply with traffic rules after the holiday weekend, our school has carried out a variety of activities. Through such meetings, we protect our students from possible crisis situations,” said Zarete Tasueva, deputy director of MBOU «High School No. 106» in Grozny for scientific work.
Pupils got acquainted with the correct choice of a safe route «Home-School-Home», the children updated their knowledge on the rules of crossing the streets. There were also instructions on the observance of traffic regulations, an interactive game «Experts on the road», where in a fun way they consolidated the knowledge of how to cross the road and how a pedestrian should behave on the road.
