The Minister of Health of the Chechen Republic, Idris Baisultanov, met with the heads of medical organizations in the region.
The main agenda of the online meeting included the staffing of the health care system of the Chechen Republic.
Beslan Jayayev, Head of the Department of Planning and Economics of the Ministry of Health of the Chechen Republic, prepared a report on a comparative analysis of the employment table with the Form 30 data for Q1 2022. Reports were also submitted by the chief physicians of the Republican Perinatal Center Maret Digaeva and the Gelaniy Sataev Psychiatric Hospital No. 1.
According to Baysultanov, today 20 specialists are missing in the perinatal center, most of whom are neonatologists.
“This year, two neonatologists trained under the target program will come to work in the neonatal service. One doctor who is currently training in Moscow also under the target program will return to the psychiatric service, ”said the Minister of Health of the Chechen Republic.
At the end of 2021, 14,315 doctors and paramedical staff work in the health care system. This is 315 more specialists than in 2020.
In the republic, in order to solve the staffing problem, the regional project «Providing medical organizations with the health care system of the Chechen Republic with qualified personnel» of the national project «Healthcare», programs «Zemski doctor» and «Zemski paramedic» is being implemented. At the same time, a shortage of staff in medical organizations persists, especially in rural health care.
Idris Baysultanov instructed his deputies and heads of all medical institutions to work out the issue of effective organization and conduct of events in order to attract qualified personnel to regional hospitals and polyclinics.
The main independent epidemiologist of the Ministry of Health of the Chechen Republic, Asiyat Murtazaliyeva, announced the continuation of work on vaccination, revaccination and testing for COVID-19 as usual on holidays.
