The mayor of Grozny spoke about the three most important reasons why the capital of the Chechen Republic is one of the safest cities in Russia.

Crime in the city is at one of the lowest levels in the country. In addition, it is systematically decreasing, while crime detection is actually growing. Thus, the operational situation in the capital at the end of 2022 indicates a decrease in the total number of registered crimes compared to the same period last year.
As a result of all the measures taken to protect public order and preventive measures, the city did not allow the increase of crime in public places.
Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Grozny are taking active measures to prevent crimes in all areas. This includes meetings of employees with minors and ensuring the protection of public order during socio-political, cultural, entertainment and sports events.
Spiritual and moral education:
This year marks the 9th anniversary of the approval of the Uniform Concept of spiritual and moral education and development of the young generation of the Chechen Republic. It became the main document regulating the work of the authorities in this direction, because after the tragic events of the 1990s, the question of reviving the moral foundations of Chechen society became urgent. Only spirituality is able to protect people from troubles and mistakes, says the Head of the Republic, Hero of Russia Ramzan Kadyrov, on whose initiative the Concept was developed.
It became the basis for raising a child from an early age, the foundation on which the educated and highly moral generation of the republic would grow up. One of the main areas of activity in accordance with it is information counteracting extremism. Round tables, meetings and conferences in schools, technical colleges and universities, talk shows on television, placing advertisements and sermons by theologians — all this is intended to serve as a powerful barrier to the flow of extremist information.
As part of the implementation of the Uniform Concept, work is actively carried out to educate young people in the spirit of tolerance and respect for representatives of all religions.
The positive effects of the implementation of this document are also evidenced by the fact that many subjects of the Russian Federation became interested in the experience of the Chechen Republic in the field of spiritual and moral education of the young generation.
