In 2023, two urban spaces will be renovated in the city of Kurchaloy as part of the nationwide project «Housing and Urban Environment».
The territories whose projects won the all-Russian competition for the best projects for creating a comfortable urban environment will be developed. The event is part of the nationwide project «Apartment and Urban Environment».
By the end of this year, a modern recreation area «Bird Park» will appear on the floodplain of the Khunga River in the city of Kurchaloy, the main attraction of which will be a thematic area dedicated to the birds of the republic. And Akhmat-Khadzhi Kadyrov Avenue will become more functional due to the creation of conditions for leisure for children and adults, additional retail outlets, bicycle paths, etc. On behalf of the head of the region, Ramzan Kadyrov, citizens are engaged in the development of territorial projects.
“This year, 7 winning projects of the Competition are implemented in small towns of the republic, two of which are located in the city of Kurchaloy. As a result of the implementation of the projects, it will be possible to completely transform the city center, as well as create a unique public space «Bird Park». So soon the inhabitants of Kurchaloy will receive a green zone convenient for relaxation, free of development. The projects were created with the active participation of citizens, whose wishes and comments are the basis for the ongoing changes,” said Alisa Ibragimova, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing of the Chechen Republic.
Recall that the projects of the city of Kurchaloy were among the winners last year according to the results of the VI and VII stages of the Competition of the Ministry of Construction of Russia.
