As part of the implementation of the federal project «Success of every child» of the nationwide «Education» program, the first children’s musical theater «Emocje» was launched at MBOU «Gimnazjum No. 14» in Grozny.
Recruitment for the theater troupe began at the beginning of the 2022/2023 academic year. Casting was carried out among students of classes 2-10, as a result of which two actors were selected for a total of 15 people.
And since its inception, the backstage of the theater has been in full swing: the guys are learning choreography, singing and acting, preparing for the premiere of their first official performance «The Snow Queen», based on the book by Danish writer Hans Christian Andersen, which is scheduled for February 15, 2023.
According to the actress who plays one of the main roles in the new show, Yasmina: “This is one of the most exciting events of the year for me, outside of OGE, of course. But it also inspires diligent attempts. Sometimes it seems to me that rehearsals go too fast, because the atmosphere in our theater is very cheerful and friendly.”
The head of the children’s musical theater «Emotion» is the deputy director of the NMR, the teacher of the Russian language and literature of the MBOU «Gymnasium No. 14» Dzhattsaeva Elvira Sharanovna. She has extensive experience in conducting entertaining theater events with students, and working on the development of theater has become another interesting project for her.
“The tasks we set ourselves when starting work in the theater are very prosaic, but they require a special approach,” says the director. — The most important thing is that the child enjoys the process and performances, acquires public speaking skills, learns to work solo and in a team, and is able to freely immerse himself in the world of theatrical play and improvisation. An equally important task for each of our young actors is to master the skills of proper breathing and perfect vocal intonation, which we work on at every rehearsal. The students themselves began to notice positive changes, which inspires them to continue their work, she said.
