The leader of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, took part in the solemn ceremony of laying a commemorative capsule at the beginning of the first stage of construction of the new complex.
On his page in VK, the head of the region said that very soon the capital of the Chechen Republic will be decorated with a modern multifunctional residential complex of the comfort class «Quartet». It will be located next to the government complex in the Visaitovsky district.
The project includes four 25-storey buildings with 736 apartments. Parking for 291 spaces and development of the adjacent area are provided. The total area of the entire complex will be approx. 82,000 sqm. sqm
According to the mayor of Grozny, Khas-Magomed Kadyrov, the architecture of the houses will be made in an oriental style with a combination of modern high-tech elements. The project will be implemented using investment funds in accordance with the Grozny City Master Plan for the integrated development of the territory.
“As I mentioned earlier, we set ourselves the task of transforming the capital of the Chechen Republic into a youth, cultural and tourist center of the North Caucasus. Implementation of these plans is impossible without active development of the housing sector and comprehensive improvement. I am convinced that the construction of the Multifunctional Quartet Complex will be an important step in this direction,” wrote the head of the Chechen Republic.
