SberBank announces the working hours of its branches from April 30 to May 10, 2022.
April 30 — Saturday, as usual, individual customer service.
On May 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, 10, only duty hours will be available. Their list can be found in the SberBank Online mobile application in the «On the map» section and on the bank’s website in the «Offices and ATMs» section.
May 4, 5, 6, 7 and 11 — offices will operate normally.
For payments between May 1 and May 3, the extension will be postponed to May 4.
For deposits ending from May 8 to May 10 — May 11.
On April 30 and May 7, deposit extensions will be carried out as usual.
If customers decide to use the money after completing the deposit, they will be able to do so without restrictions on any day at SberBank Online or at a bank branch according to the work schedule.
Loan payments will be charged as usual. You can make the payment up to and including the first business day without any delay if the due date falls on a weekend or a holiday.
From April 30 to May 3 and from May 7 to May 10, 2022, corporate clients will not be served at the bank’s offices, with the exception of business registration and opening of certain types of accounts.

Working hours are individual for each office and are indicated both in the SberBank branch itself, as well as in the SberBank Online and SberBusiness mobile applications, as well as on the bank’s website.
ATMs and self-service devices in the 24/7 branch service areas will operate as standard on these days. Customers can make most of the transactions on their own, using the SberBank Online mobile application, which works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
