The head of the Federal Tourist Agency said that the day before the first time the charter flew from Kazan to St. Petersburg — they combined two popular destinations that have everything for comfortable travel.
“Chartering is always two-way offers. Therefore, tours are organized for both the residents of Tatarstan to the Northern capital, and for the residents of St. Petersburg to Kazan. The program will run all summer, ”said Doguzova.
Another novelty of the season were charters to the Caucasus. The first tourist flight to Dagestan, Makhachkala, has already flown from Moscow. From June 10, the first charters will fly from Moscow to the Chechen Republic. Zarina Doguzova noticed that this is another original Caucasian region that our tourists are starting to explore.
Recall that the idea of the charter program is to create completely ready-made tours «turnkey», the cost of which is 1.5 — 2 times cheaper than the market.
«We subsidize half the cost of charter a plane from the federal budget, which makes the chartering more affordable for the tourist and more profitable for the tour operator,» reads the report.
