In his telegram, the head of the Chechen Republic stated that changing the government in Ukraine and placing worthy people there was a simple task, and that an order from the President of the Russian Federation would suffice.
Ramzan Kadyrov noted that creating normal conditions in Ukraine is «our regional level». In these words, he meant the establishment of commanders’ offices, and then a municipal government and a law enforcement system in the liberated territories.
«We have no problem with Ukraine, we have problems with Flag, Nazis and Satans,» added the head of the republic.
