The head of the Chechen Republic thanked the President of the Russian Federation for his unequivocal and clear stance on religious issues in the Russian Federation. He wrote about it on his page in VK.
Ramzan Kadyrov noted that there is freedom of religion in Russia, the scriptures and the feelings of believers are protected at the legislative level.
“I am grateful to our President Vladimir Putin for such an unequivocal, clear and, most importantly, sober stance. Undoubtedly, it is happiness and honor for Muslims to live in such a state and defend it! Today, freedom of religion reigns in Russia, the scriptures and feelings of believers are protected at the legislative level. What other western democratic country has that? No. Such an attitude of the state towards all religions guarantees inter-religious harmony, and thus a healthy and strong society. The West, in turn, has become so stupid that it defends the rights of the mentally ill and supports all kinds of wicked ethical distortions by all means, considering it the highest degree of freedom of thought. An intelligent, honest, tolerant, religious man is now worse for the West than a poorly educated, dirty in soul and body vulgar Satanist, «wrote the head of the region.
The head of the Chechen Republic also stressed that insulting the Prophet ﷺ is unacceptable.
“We will not tolerate this. We will never allow our beloved Prophet ﷺ to be insulted, we will not allow our Holy Qur’an to be burned. The demand awaits anyone who has tried to offend all Muslims in this way. Satan’s servants always fail in the end. It will be the same with them now, Insha Allah,» the regional chief said.
