Thus, under the program, funding was increased by 295 billion rubles, the wage fund for medical workers will increase by at least 8.5%. Almost 8 billion rubles will increase the cost of paying for VMP, which is not covered by basic compulsory medical insurance. The volume of primary health care was increased by 14% and medical rehabilitation by 35%.
Disabled people and patients living in remote areas and in the countryside will also be able to benefit from rehabilitation at home. Particular attention is paid to the size and accessibility of outpatient follow-up of citizens with chronic diseases.
On behalf of the President of the Russian Federation, from January 1, doctors of rare specialties will receive special social benefits. In 2023, more than 152.4 billion rubles were allocated for this. Medical workers will receive the first special social benefits for January 2023 in February.
